Nabota® (Jeuveau®) – Botulinum Toxin Type A | Premium Purity from South Korea
Product Overview
Nabota®, also known as Jeuveau® in the United States, is a highly purified Botulinum Toxin Type A developed and manufactured by Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. — one of South Korea’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. Known for its ≥99% purity, rapid onset of action, and consistent clinical-grade formulation, Nabota® is widely used in research focused on neuromuscular inhibition, facial muscle dynamics, and anti-aging mechanisms. While Jeuveau® is approved by the U.S. FDA for therapeutic use, this version of Nabota® is distributed strictly for research use only (RUO).

How It Works – Mechanism of Action
Nabota® (Jeuveau®) blocks the release of acetylcholine at neuromuscular junctions, preventing muscle contraction. Once inside the neuron, the toxin cleaves the SNAP-25 protein, disabling the release mechanism of acetylcholine, resulting in temporary muscle paralysis. This action is particularly useful for studying motor inhibition, wrinkle formation mechanisms, and therapeutic modeling in experimental setups.
